The area continues to show promising signs. Inventory continues to drop. While that's good news in terms of homes actually selling, I've noticed a lot less new inventory coming on as sellers who can, are waiting for next spring. As a result, it could be a mixed blessing that will come to fruition with the 2010 spring market, as we see more homes come on, and watch how quickly they sell. Overall, however, the numbers are very encouraging. As you will see from my website, under market stats., some towns are having better months then they did the entire first quarter of 2009.
